Gregory stated, “After losing so much, I realized that the lesson learned came from one of my favorite poets Robert Frost... I was there to learn that the path less traveled by would make all the difference. Our industry is filled with scams and people who only wish to take advantage of young talent or parents of talent with a dream. Since then, I have been blessed to help countless talent, parents and others understand that true happiness, success and commitment comes from reaching for specific goals.”
In 2009, Gregory created Sound Tree Entertainment and his first project was to produce the Disney Channel star Michel Musso (Hannah Montana, Pair of Kings) concerts in Florida. The company has recently moved forward to produce feature films, with several projects currently in pre-production. Gregory serves on the Film Florida Education Council for the state of Florida. He has also written a guide for aspiring talent and parents called Talent 101 - The Guide to Breaking Into the Entertainment Industry and Not Get Scammed, with author Marie Anderson, who is credited with discovering such talents as supermodel Cindy Crawford. The article is featured on several film commission websites including the Palm Beach Film Office (www.PBFilm.com)
In 2011, under a division of the company, Gregory created the Entertainment Speakers Bureau, which exclusively works with some of today's top casting directors and acting coaches including Jason La Padura (Disney’s Teen Beach Movie, Camp Rock and High School Musical movie series, Geek Charming, Heroes, American Dreams). Disney improv coach Ezra Weisz (Wizards of Waverly Place, Jessie, Austin & Ally, Sonny with a Chance, Pair of Kings) and Shawn Caulin Young.
